Dogfish Head Palo Santo Marron

Dogfish Head Palo Santo Marron

A great example of what Dogfish beer is all about, this extravagant brown ale is made in wooden brewing vessels and gives off a wine-like vibe.

It's named after the Paraguayan Palo Santo "holy tree" wood that makes up the vesels, used at some South American vineyards.

The Palo Santo packs a punch with 12% alcohol, so it's usually only available in four packs. But if you can find a pack, make the investment and break it out for a special occasion to go along with your favorite oak-aged cabernet.
